I am a child of royal birth

I am a child of royal birth
My Father is King of heaven and earth
My spirit was born in the courts on high
A child beloved a princess (prince) am I 

I’ve always loved this poem, because of its simple statement of value of the worth of a soul, and the implications that we (as royalty) are capable of greatness.
