My personal stories of life-engineering

I’ve always believed that life is what you make of it, that you have the power to overcome your past, and determine your future.

The story of my past explains why I believe this at such a fundamental level.

Here, I’ll tell personal stories of how I implement the principles of life-engineering in my own life, to accomplish my own goals and aspirations.

Sometimes my goals will sound utterly stupid to you.  But often I’ll set goals that are stupid, because sometimes it’s not the goal that matters, but the process of getting there.

The principles and practices you use on a small scale to accomplish small goals, can then be applied at a larger scale, when required, to accomplish much larger tasks.

Sometimes the value in achieving a goal is found in perfecting the process of moving forward, and internalizing the principles required to do so.

Have you got a personal story of life-engineering?  (rusty @ life – engineering . com), or tell us in the comments.
